Fried chicken & fork

Read that in the state of Georgia, a Gainsville city ordinance makes it punishable by law to eat fried chicken with a fork. Some of the stranger USA laws do make sense, such as it being a misdemeanor to dance to the national anthemn -- aren't you supposed to be standing at attention when your own national anthemn is being played? -- in Michigan, but that of being punishable by law to eat fried chicken with a fork is just weird. Then use what? Hands? Chopsticks? Hmm...
